Lone Star Processing Group was created because we saw a consistent problem in the industry: reliable third-party processing support was difficult to find. Service levels were inconsistent, turnaround times were unpredictable, and many processing companies lacked the independence and accountability needed to build lasting partnerships.

We built Lone Star Processing Group to provide responsive, dependable, and professional loan processing support without unnecessary complications. Our goal is to help our partners stay organized, improve the borrower experience, and move loans toward closing as efficiently as possible.

Our standard loan processing fee is:

$1,095 flat fee per loan file

This fee is charged for bona fide third-party loan processing and administrative services performed by Lone Star Processing Group, LLC. The fee is not calculated as a percentage of the loan amount, interest rate, or referral of business.
